Guild Officers/ Contact Us

Officers of the guild volunteer diligently to make guild activities and meetings run smoothly, to be inspiring, to promote our common love of quilting, and of course make it all FUN!  Thanks to each currently serving and to those who have served in previous years!  If you wish to send an email to the entire board please click here.

Contact your guild officers:

President:  Conducts the monthly meetings, board meetings and ensures that the Guild has a good year.  Email our President here.

Vice President:  Substitutes for the President as needed and prepares to serve as President the following year.  She also decides our challenge each year for our challenge quilt project.  Email our Vice President here.

Secretary:  Creates detailed reports from each meeting and publishes the minutes in the monthly newsletter. You can email the Secretary here.

Treasurer:  Manages the guild’s finances and prepares a monthly report, published in the newsletter.  Email the Treasurer here.

Program Chair:  Plans, organizes and makes the needed arrangements for our monthly programs and associated workshops.  Upcoming program information can be found on our Programs page.  Email our program coordinator:  here

Newsletter Editor:  Compiles and creates articles and info for the newsletter and publishes and distributes it monthly.  If you have articles or questions about the newsletter email her here.

Membership Chair:  Collects members’ dues and maintains a roster of the current membership.  Email the membership chair here.

Publicity:  As our Publicity person keeps the public informed about the Guild and our activities.  Email her here.

Historian:  As our historian stores and archives information on the Guild and its history.

Webmaster:  As the Webmaster keeps our website updated and current.  Email her here.

Want to visit a meeting?

Our meetings are held in the Fellowship Hall of the King of Glory Lutheran Church, located at 4897 Longhill Road (Route 612 between Route 199 and Old Town Road) in Williamsburg, Virginia.  If you’re traveling on Interstate 64, take exit 234 onto Route 199 East.  From Route 199, turn right onto the Longhill Road exit (Route 612 North).   About 5 miles on the left, you will see the church.
