Email President@ColonialPiecemakers.com to reserve your spot
Exhibitors are asked to be at the site at 8:30am to hang your quilt(s)-you will have assistance.
We will provide hanging structures with clamps (you do NOT need a hanging sleeve to participate). We now have 12 racks, with several more under construction.
DUE TO COVID-19, we ask that you mask. We are back in Phase 3 of COVID-19 precautions. This means we can have up to 250 people. The Rockadome can host up to 500 people. We expect 50-75 people, so there will be plenty of room for social distancing. There are bathrooms, chairs, and a kitchen (please bring your own food to reduce risk).
*Rockahock Campground, 1428 Outpost Road, Lanexa, Virginia
CPQG’s next White Elephant Fabric sale will be on the 17th of October in the parking lot of Fastenal.
As before, we will be utilizing masks and gloves. Vice President Mellissa Campbell will be facilitating the sale of it in the open-air parking lot of Fastenal. Fabric will be sold by the pound $5.00. All fabric will be color sorted.
Please drop off donations of books, yarn, cross-stitch, crafting materials, (of course!) fabric, sewing machines or other quilting accessories. Simply tell Fastenal Staff that it is “for Mellissa” (they all know about CPQG donations), Mellissa may be out at times, and they know where to put it.
Fastenal is open Monday -Friday 7 am-5pm. The address is 7195 Merrimac Trail, Williamsburg.
