Upcoming Sewing Days:

Charity Sew Day Workshops are the Tuesday AFTER the Guild meeting. Charity Sew Day Workshops are located at James City-Bruton fire hall in Toano 3135 Forge Rd, from 10:00 till 3:00. You can arrive and set up at 9:45. Dates for 25-26 year: 9 Sep, 7 Oct, 4 Nov, 9 Dec, 6 Jan, 10 Feb, 10 Mar, 7 Apr, 5 May, 9 Jun, and 7 Jul

Park behind the firehall by turning left after the firehall entrances and swing around the building.

No Steps!!!!

Please bring your machine, with 1/4in foot, regular foot, walking foot, zipper foot, a plate for zig zag, standard sewing notions. You may also want to bring a slide on table, rotary cutter and small cutting mat. 

You may want to bring a lunch. You are welcome to bring a snack to share. 

CPQG donates to many organizations. Examples include: Senetra, Riverside, Sleep in Heavenly Peace, New Kent Family Services, York Family Services, JCC Family Services, Grove Christian Outreach, Salvation Army, Hospice House of Williamsburg, Meals on Wheels, Avalon, Natasha House. 

Quilts sized 40 inch square all the way to Double are needed for these various organizations. Any donations are accepted, drop off location is at the service projects table during the Guild meeting. 

Kits may be picked up and dropped off during regular Saturday Guild Meetings. Quilters are needed to quilt tops that have been pieced by other volunteers. Any quilt may be quilted on a domestic or longarm. 

Wish List:

Linda currently needs the following items:
 4 or more yards of regular 40 in fabric, or 2 yards of Wide back for making backings. 

Any Items must be new, clean, free of bugs, hair, dirt, and scent.
